Insights Analyst – Enterprise AI Assistant

AstraZeneca is transforming the employee experience with myAZ, our enterprise AI assistant that delivers seamless, efficient, and personalized support. We’re seeking an Insights Analyst to build the measurement framework and reporting suite that powers decisions across myAZ—driving adoption, experience, service performance, and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do :

• Benefits realization and ROI: Establish methodology and cadence to quantify benefits versus the business case (e.g., ticket deflection, time saved, productivity uplift, cost-to-serve reduction). Produce executive-ready realization packs and variance analyses.

• KPI framework and governance: Define metrics taxonomy, ownership, and data quality standards; ensure clear lineage and consistency across reporting.

• Data modeling and pipelines: Partner with data engineering to enable accurate ingestion, transformation, and semantic models for scalable reporting (Snowflake preferred).

• Dashboards and automation: Build and maintain executive packs, operational scorecards, and self-serve dashboards in Power BI and ServiceNow; automate recurring reporting.

• Insights and recommendations: Analyze trends, funnels, cohorts, and drivers; translate findings into actionable recommendations for product, knowledge, and service teams.

• Compliance and access controls: Align reporting with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements; manage role-based access.

• Stakeholder engagement: Prioritize needs and iterate with product owners, knowledge managers, service managers, and support leaders.

What you’ll bring :

• Experience: 5+ years in analytics/reporting for digital platforms or enterprise services.

• Tools: Advanced proficiency inPower BI,ServiceNow reporting,SQL, anddata modeling; familiarity with data warehouses/lakes (preferablySnowflake).

• Methods: Strong grasp of operational KPIs (e.g.,SLAs,CSAT), funnel/adoption analysis, cohorting, and experimentation.

• Communication: Clear storytelling and visualization skills; confident presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple seniority levels.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience withAI platforms(GenAI, Agentic AI).

• Proficiency withPythonfor analysis.

• Governance experience in regulated environments; experience inpharmaceuticalor other regulated industries.

• Experience contributing toEmployee Experiencetransformation initiatives.
